The Biomancer attunement is designed to alter the inner working of a person's mana flow. This can be used to increase mana capacity and mana regeneration. It also enables the attuned to be an excellent healer. It has a primary mana type of life mana and a secondary of mental mana, which can be combined to make transcendence mana, the primary focus of most biomancers. At citrine, it grants access to light mana[1].
The Biomancer attunement is most commonly found in the Tiger Spire in Caelford[1].
Political Importance[edit]
Biomancers are used in the modern artificial attunement construction process, although are considered worse at it than their predecessors, Arbiters, because they lack an automatic purification function[2].
Attunement Features[edit]
Features that are a result of specific attunement functions, rather than the types of mana available to the attuned.
Bodily Mana Manipulation[edit]
Biomancers can manipulate the mana in the bodies of others. They can use this to alter the target's mana flow, regeneration, and capacity[1].
Interactions with other attunements[edit]
Enchanter[edit]
Biomancers and enchanters working together can create artificial attunements[2].
