There are a total of 6 visages, each of which is in charge of one of the soaring spires, and embodies a specific concept.
Katashi

Katashi is in charge of the Tortoise Spire in Dalenos, and embodies the concept of valor[2].
He runs the country of Dalenos directly, making him the only visage to actively lead a nation[3].
Melkyr

Melkyr is in charge of the Hydra Spire in Edria, and embodies the concept of resilience[2].
Ferras

Ferras is in charge of the Tiger Spire in Caelford, and embodies the concept of creation[2].
Tenjin
