Memory crystals
Memory Crystals are crystals that allow someone to experience an event or other experience as the creator experienced it. In Kaldwyn, creating them is typically thought to be a unique function of Diviners, but are created through the use of memory sorcery (and thus able to be created by anyone with access to memory mana)[1].
Viewing a memory crystal typically requires a memory spell to be cast on the recipient while they are holding the crystal, although many of them have the spell built in, to be activated by a command phrase, such as "view". Additionally, the viewer will be incapacitated for the duration of the memory[1].
