The Sun Eater can appear masculine and humanoid, but is supposedly truly draconic in nature.

As a worldmaker, the Sun Eater is an incredibly powerful being capable of shaping continents, wielding the fathomless dominions, and creating gods. He has an incredible control over the Ruin Dominion, which he uses in order to consume worlds.
