Seers are capable of divining potential futures, making them one of the most powerful sources of information gathering in existence[1]. It has a primary mana type of mental mana and a secondary of light mana, which can be combined to make destiny mana. At citrine, it grants access to death mana. The Seer attunement is typically aquired from the Tortoise Spire in Dalenos.[1]
