The Shieldbreaker attunement is a shroud-based attunement designed for breaking through enemy defenses. Shieldbreakers are known for their incredibly powerful offensive attacks enhanced with chaos mana, which are able to break through most defensive magic. The shieldbreaker attunement grants the attuned access to death mana and transference mana, along with their combination: chaos mana[1]. At citrine, it grants access to fire mana[1]. The shieldbreaker attunement is most commonly found in the Hydra Spire in Edria[1].
Attunement Features

Damage Boost
The shieldbreaker attunement allows the attuned to consume a portion of their shroud and use it to fuel an attack, creating powerful offensive spells, which are excellent at piercing defensive magic[1].
Magic Suppression Resistance
Attuned with the shieldbreaker attunement are much more resistant to magic-neutralizing effects than most attuned[2].
