Keras used his '''Body of Annihilation''' spell by pulling on power from the Sae'kes instead of holding it at bay. Whilst using this spell he effortlessly cut through the entirety of multiple layers of self. He could cut thousands of shades at once. Using this spell twisted his personality, he cut off his other spells believing all he needed was destruction. He began to view people as targets and prey whilst using the spell. He believed that if he were hit by "unfathomably dangerous" power he would only grow stronger. Keras even wanted to destroy Dawn because she stopped him murdering other people and considered her interference to mean she was a threat.
