== History ==
Karasalia was a god through means unrelated to the [[Tae'os Pantheon]], who she chose not to join. She was married to [[Aendaryn]] and became pregnant by him. 

Karasalia was a member of the [[Warders]], the organization dedicated to keeping [[Aetor]], the Maker of Monsters, sealed ([[Wrynn Jaden]] was another member of this order). She frequently trained with them and had been a member of their order since before she ascended to godhood. During one Grand Conclave of the Warders, one of the sealbearers was killed. Karasalia, in the chaos of the attack, attempted to take up the seal in an improvised feat of great magic. [[Vaelien]], who had sensed the temporary release on one of the worldmaker's seals, teleported to the Grand Conclave and Karasalia as she lost control over the seal. Vaelien forced Kara into a spring at the base of a [[Stability essence|stability]] gateway crystal, where she remained in stasis while other members of the Warders worked to fix the broken seal.
