Because of this, they were described in legend as "only growing larger over time". == History ==
The delaren, similar to the [[esharen]], were supposedly created in the earliest days of [[Venaya|the world]]. After a war against the esharen, the delaren went into hiding after going nearly extinct. At one point they had a legendary king known as Amir Orin. During the days of the [[Xixian Empire]], delaren were enslaved to be used as batteries for powerful spells.
