The Sentinel attunement is a shroud-based attunement that specializes in resisting and removing mental compulsion. Little else is known about this attunement. Sentinels have a primary mana type of earth mana and a secondary of mental mana, which can be combined to make tranquility mana. At citrine, they gain access to enhancement mana[1].
The Sentinel attunement is most commonly found in the Tiger Spire in Caelford[1].
